As we navigate our way through the current COVID-19 health pandemic, here is an update on what we are doing to promote the health and well-being of our customers, staff, and communities.  We are fortunate that our industry operates predominantly outdoors and in areas where there are not large gatherings of people.  As such we do not currently foresee any layoffs or disruptions in our services to you.

We are implementing all applicable precautionary measures from government and local health authorities to keep our team members, clients, and public safe during the outbreak.  These include the following:

• Regular communications with employees regarding current reports, virus levels in our community, and preventative strategies
• Wearing of facial masks when adequate social distancing is not possible
• Exercising proper hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette
• Touch surfaces in each truck to be regularly sanitized
• Hand sanitizer is provided in each truck
• All hand tools will be wiped down and disinfected after use
• Staff to maintain proper social distancing with each other on site and also with clients and the public
• When in doubt or showing any symptoms, staff to stay home for a minimum of 2 weeks as a precaution
• Temporarily suspending services to areas requiring access through hospital hallways, offices, and residential suites
• Keeping in touch virtually and through digital media

As the situation progresses we will continue to adjust our procedures and practices to keep our team, clients, and communities safe while still maintaining the green spaces that have become even more important in our lives.
